VETASSESS can reissue a digital copy of applicants outcomes letters if you lodged your application  from 2014 onwards.

If you disagree with the outcome of your Reassessment, you may lodge a Request for Appeal of the Reassessment within 90 days of the date of the reassessment result.

If you wish to change any information on your application, such as your address or name, you must complete and sign this form.

Already have a positive qualifications assessment for the same nominated occupation, issued from 2010 with the heading Qualifications Assessment for Skilled – Graduate (Temporary) visa (subclass 485) applicants or Qualifications Assessment for Temporary Graduate Visa (Subclass 485) applicants and have at least one year of post qualification employment experience in a highly relevant field to your nominated occupation, at the skill level for your nominated occupation.

Use this form if you require a qualifications assessment to support an application for membership of a professional association as a practitioner of a complementary therapy and/or  to support an application for private health insurance fund registration as a provider of complementary therapy (also known  as alternative therapy).

Submit this form if you require VETASSESS to issue you  a full qualification post gap training. This form is only  for candidates who have completed gap training in a licensed trade.
